You mix the base mix with the catalyst mix, then put the mix in the trays provided. Then you make an impression of both the top and bottom teeth and let the mold harden overnight. When I received my whitening trays, I was honestly shocked at how good they were. They matched up with my teeth perfectly and they’re flexible so you don’t have to worry about them getting bent or breaking. The whole process of using Smile Brilliant is extremely easy. Just make sure your teeth are brushed and flossed, put a small amount of whitening gel along both trays, and pop them in!
The directions recommend keeping the whitening gel in for any time between one and three hours depending on your teeth sensitivity; I have pretty sensitive teeth so I only kept them in for an hour. Then, immediately after you put the desensitizing gel in. I have never seen a teeth whitening kit with a product to help with sensitivity and I was so thankful to have this! I was still a bit sensitive the next day but nothing in comparison to how my teeth usually are after Crest Whitening Strips.
While so many of us are hesitant to splurge on a teeth whitening kit, I can tell you that Smile Brilliant is totally worth it. Not to mention you get so much product for what you pay for. One syringe lasted me six uses and I had visibly whiter teeth after the first use.
